Copycat Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts.
02 - ⅓ cup olive oil.
03 - ⅓ cup ranch dressing.
04 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
05 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar.
06 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
07 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
08 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, chopped.
09 - ½ cup Provolone cheese, chopped.
10 - 6 tablespoons buttermilk ranch dressing.
11 - 4 tablespoons melted butter.
12 - ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs.
13 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
14 - Salt and pepper to taste.
15 - 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Pound chicken to ½ inch thick, season with salt and pepper.
02 - Combine marinade ingredients, add chicken and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight.
03 - Sear in skillet 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
04 - Mix cheeses and ranch, melt in microwave. Combine butter, garlic powder and panko separately.
05 - Top chicken with cheese mixture then breadcrumbs. Broil 3-4 minutes until brown.

01 - Can use Italian dressing as quick marinade.
02 - Can be baked or grilled instead.
