Ingredients:

1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp salt.

1/2 tsp baking soda.

Pre-made rainbow unicorn dip (or colorful frosting) for filling.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners.

In a bowl, whisk together water, applesauce, oil, vanilla, and vinegar; let sit for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and baking soda. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until smooth.

Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

Once cooled, use a piping bag or spoon to add rainbow filling to the center of each cupcake.
