Mango Orange Banana Smoothie (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks.

1 banana, sliced (preferably frozen for extra creaminess).

½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or store-bought).

½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for added creaminess).

¼ cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice).
06 -
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for added sweetness).

A handful of ice cubes (optional for a thicker smoothie).
Instructions:

In a blender, combine the mango chunks, sliced banana, orange juice, Greek yogurt (if using), almond milk, honey or agave syrup (if using), and ice cubes.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave if desired.

Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!.
