Mango Orange Banana Smoothie (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks.
02 - 1 banana, sliced (preferably frozen for extra creaminess).
03 - ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or store-bought).
04 - ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for added creaminess).
05 - ¼ cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice).
06 - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for added sweetness).
07 - A handful of ice cubes (optional for a thicker smoothie).

Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine the mango chunks, sliced banana, orange juice, Greek yogurt (if using), almond milk, honey or agave syrup (if using), and ice cubes.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave if desired.
04 - Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!.

Notes:

01 - Tip: Freeze the banana slices ahead of time for an extra creamy texture.
