1 lb chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces).

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning.

1/2 tsp smoked paprika.

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes.

1/2 tsp garlic powder.

1/2 tsp salt.

1/2 tsp black pepper.

1 cup heavy cream.

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped).

Instructions:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté onions until softened (2-3 minutes), then add minced garlic and butter. Cook until fragrant (30 seconds).

Add chicken pieces. Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until browned.

Stir in heavy cream, reserved pasta water, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and stir.
