Mermaid Fudge (Print Version)
Ingredients:

3 cups white chocolate chips.

14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can).

1 tablespoon butter.
04 -
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Teal food coloring.
06 -
Violet food coloring.
07 -
Mermaid sprinkle mix.
Instructions:

Line an 8×8 baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk over medium-low heat, stirring until almost melted. Add butter and vanilla, continuing to stir until completely melted.

Divide the mixture into separate bowls. Add teal coloring to one bowl and violet to another, leaving some mixture white.

Pour the colored fudge into the prepared pan in random color patterns. Swirl the colors with a knife and sprinkle the top with mermaid sprinkle mix. Tap the pan to remove any air bubbles.

Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until firm.

Remove the fudge from the pan, peel off the foil, and cut into 16 squares.
Notes:

The fudge sets quickly, so prepare all ingredients in advance.

Reheat in the microwave if the fudge hardens too quickly, using 10-second intervals at 50% power.
