Mermaid Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can).
03 - 1 tablespoon butter.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - Teal food coloring.
06 - Violet food coloring.
07 - Mermaid sprinkle mix.

Instructions:

01 - Line an 8×8 baking pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk over medium-low heat, stirring until almost melted. Add butter and vanilla, continuing to stir until completely melted.
03 - Divide the mixture into separate bowls. Add teal coloring to one bowl and violet to another, leaving some mixture white.
04 - Pour the colored fudge into the prepared pan in random color patterns. Swirl the colors with a knife and sprinkle the top with mermaid sprinkle mix. Tap the pan to remove any air bubbles.
05 - Refrigerate for about 4 hours or until firm.
06 - Remove the fudge from the pan, peel off the foil, and cut into 16 squares.

Notes:

01 - The fudge sets quickly, so prepare all ingredients in advance.
02 - Reheat in the microwave if the fudge hardens too quickly, using 10-second intervals at 50% power.
