Ingredients:

01 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.

13 - 2 cups whipped cream (for topping).
14 - 1 cup M&M's (for decoration).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
