M&M Cookie Bites (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 tsp baking soda.
03 - ½ tsp sea salt.
04 - 2 sticks (16 tbsp) unsalted butter, browned and cooled.
05 - 1 cup + 2 tbsp dark brown sugar.
06 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
07 - 3 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
09 - 2 cups mini M&Ms.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
03 - Brown one stick of butter over medium heat and mix it with the other stick of butter until smooth. Allow the mixture to cool.
04 - In a separate bowl, cream the butter with the dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
05 - Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition.
06 - Slowly fold in the flour mixture until just combined.
07 - Gently stir in the mini M&Ms.
08 - Shape the dough into small spheres and place them on the prepared baking trays.
09 - Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
10 - Allow the cookies to cool on the trays for 15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
