Orange Pineapple Swirl Cheesecake (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
06 - 1 cup heavy cream.
07 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
08 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice.
09 - 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained.
10 - 1/2 cup orange marmalade.
11 - 1/2 cup crushed pineapple.

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
02 - Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
03 - Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Continue to beat until mixture is thick and fluffy.

08 - Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
