No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 24 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs.
02 - 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 2 cups heavy cream, cold.
07 - 12-15 Oreo cookies, chopped.
08 - 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for topping).
09 - Whipped cream (for topping).
10 - Whole Oreo cookies (for garnish).
11 - Extra rainbow sprinkles (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter in a medium bowl.
02 - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
03 - Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
04 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
05 - Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
06 - In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
07 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
08 - Fold in chopped Oreo cookies and rainbow sprinkles.
09 - Pour the cheesecake filling over the Oreo crust and smooth the top.
10 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
11 - Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, whole Oreo cookies, and extra rainbow sprinkles.
12 - Slice and serve.
