No-Bake Pumpkin Delight (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip).
06 - 1 cup canned pumpkin puree.
07 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
11 - 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping (for topping).

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread this layer over the graham cracker crust.
03 - In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Spread this over the cream cheese layer.
04 - Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth out evenly.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.

Notes:

01 - Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed graham crackers for a beautiful presentation.
02 - Make it ahead of time for easy serving at parties or family gatherings!.
