Jelly Nougat Candy (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 tbsp butter.
02 - 20 oz mini marshmallows.
03 - 4 cups white chocolate chips.
04 - 2 cups gumdrops (cut into small pieces).

Instructions:

01 - In a large microwaveable bowl, combine butter and mini marshmallows. Heat for 1 minute, stir, then heat again for another minute until melted and combined.
02 - Add white chocolate chips to the mixture. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and sticky.
03 - Fold in gumdrops, mixing until evenly distributed.
04 - Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang. Grease the paper with cooking spray.
05 - Spread the nougat mixture evenly in the pan, using another piece of parchment paper to press down smoothly.
06 - Refrigerate overnight. Once set, remove from the pan, peel off the parchment paper, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
