Jelly Nougat Candy (Print Version)
Ingredients:

4 tbsp butter.

20 oz mini marshmallows.

4 cups white chocolate chips.

2 cups gumdrops (cut into small pieces).
Instructions:

In a large microwaveable bowl, combine butter and mini marshmallows. Heat for 1 minute, stir, then heat again for another minute until melted and combined.

Add white chocolate chips to the mixture. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and sticky.

Fold in gumdrops, mixing until evenly distributed.

Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang. Grease the paper with cooking spray.

Spread the nougat mixture evenly in the pan, using another piece of parchment paper to press down smoothly.

Refrigerate overnight. Once set, remove from the pan, peel off the parchment paper, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
