Mozzarella Sticks (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 12 mozzarella cheese sticks (string cheese).
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 eggs, beaten.
04 - 1½ cups breadcrumbs.
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
07 - ½ tsp salt.
08 - Vegetable oil for frying.
09 - Marinara sauce for dipping.

Instructions:

01 - Unwrap the mozzarella sticks and freeze them for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from melting too quickly during frying.
02 - Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
03 - Dip each mozzarella stick first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. For extra crispiness, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating process.
04 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
05 - Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
