Cookies & Cream Cake Pops (Print Version)
Ingredients:

Oreos, crushed: 15.25 oz.

Cream cheese, softened: 8 oz.

White chocolate chips, melted: 12 oz.

Crushed Oreos (for coating): 1/2 cup.

Cake pop sticks.
Instructions:

Using a food processor, finely crush the Oreo cookies. Set aside 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos for later use.

In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.

Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined tray. Insert a cake pop stick into each ball.

Freeze the cake pops for 30 minutes to set.

Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.

Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.

Before the chocolate hardens, roll or sprinkle the cake pops with the reserved crushed Oreos.

Let the cake pops set completely before serving and enjoying.
