Cookies & Cream Cake Pops (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Oreos, crushed: 15.25 oz.
02 - Cream cheese, softened: 8 oz.
03 - White chocolate chips, melted: 12 oz.
04 - Crushed Oreos (for coating): 1/2 cup.
05 - Cake pop sticks.

Instructions:

01 - Using a food processor, finely crush the Oreo cookies. Set aside 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos for later use.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
03 - Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined tray. Insert a cake pop stick into each ball.
04 - Freeze the cake pops for 30 minutes to set.
05 - Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
06 - Dip each cake pop into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
07 - Before the chocolate hardens, roll or sprinkle the cake pops with the reserved crushed Oreos.
08 - Let the cake pops set completely before serving and enjoying.
