Brownie Pizza (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted.
02 - 1/3 cup canola oil.
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour.
06 - 1/2 tsp salt.
07 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
08 - 1 cup chopped candy bars (such as peanut butter cups, Snickers, or 3 Musketeers).
09 - 1/4 cup Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet with a raised rim.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the melted chocolate and oil until smooth.
03 - Stir in the sugar until well combined.
04 - Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
05 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
06 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
07 - Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly to form a large circle.
08 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
09 - While the brownie bakes, chop your favorite candy bars into bite-sized pieces.
10 - Once the brownie is out of the oven, let it cool slightly on a wire rack for about 5 minutes (it should still be warm but not hot).
11 - Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips, followed by the chopped candy bars.
12 - Add a festive touch by sprinkling the top with Reese’s Pieces or M&Ms.
13 - Let the brownie pizza cool completely for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving. The chocolate chips and candy will harden as it cools.
