Candy Bar Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter.
03 - 2 cups powdered sugar.
04 - 1 cup candy bar pieces (like Reese’s or Snickers).
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt peanut butter and unsalted butter together, stirring constantly until smooth.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar until fully combined.
04 - Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
05 - Gently fold in candy bar pieces, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
06 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
07 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
08 - Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the overhang.
09 - Cut into squares and serve.
