Honey Pecan Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup pecans.
02 - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature.
03 - 1/3 cup honey.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
06 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Mince pecans, spread on baking sheet.
02 - Toast pecans 5-7 minutes until light golden. Cool completely.
03 - Mix butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and salt until smooth.
04 - Stir in cooled toasted pecans.
05 - Serve at room temperature.

01 - Toast nuts carefully to avoid burning.
02 - Let nuts cool before mixing.
03 - Keeps 2 weeks refrigerated.
04 - Can freeze up to 3 months.
05 - Serve softened at room temp.
