Pull-Apart Bread (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf of Italian bread (1 lb).
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
03 - 1 cup pepperoni slices.
04 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
06 - 1 tsp dried oregano.
07 - 1/2 tsp dried basil.
08 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Slice the loaf of Italian bread into cubes, but do not cut all the way through.
03 - Arrange the sliced bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Gently pull apart the slices of bread and tuck in pieces of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
05 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
06 - Brush the butter mixture generously over the bread, making sure to get it between the slices.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
08 - Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
