Philly Cheesesteak Potato (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 large baking potatoes.
02 - 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak.
03 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced.
04 - 1 onion, sliced.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 8 slices provolone cheese.
07 - 1 tablespoon butter.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Pierce the potatoes with a fork and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
03 - In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté bell pepper and onion until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
04 - In the same skillet, cook the steak for 3-5 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Slice each baked potato and scoop out some of the flesh to create space for the filling.
06 - Place a slice of provolone cheese inside each potato. Add the steak, peppers, and onions, then top with another slice of provolone.
07 - Return the potatoes to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes:

01 - This dish combines the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak with the comfort of a baked potato, making it a hearty and satisfying meal.
02 - You can swap the provolone for other cheeses like cheddar or mozzarella for added variety.
