Philly Cheesesteak Potato (Print Version)
Ingredients:

4 large baking potatoes.

1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak.

1 green bell pepper, sliced.

1 onion, sliced.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

8 slices provolone cheese.

1 tablespoon butter.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pierce the potatoes with a fork and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté bell pepper and onion until soft, about 5-7 minutes.

In the same skillet, cook the steak for 3-5 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice each baked potato and scoop out some of the flesh to create space for the filling.

Place a slice of provolone cheese inside each potato. Add the steak, peppers, and onions, then top with another slice of provolone.
