Philly Cheesesteak (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef or steak strips.
02 - 1 green bell pepper, diced.
03 - 1 onion, diced.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
06 - 1 cup shredded provolone cheese.
07 - 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended).
08 - 1 cup beef broth.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - 1 tbsp olive oil.

Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
03 - Add ground beef or steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
04 - Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
05 - Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.

Notes:

01 - For an authentic Philly cheesesteak flavor, use provolone cheese and beef broth to add depth.
02 - Broiling at the end gives the dish a crispy cheese topping.
