Philly Cheesesteak (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or steak strips.

1 green bell pepper, diced.

1 onion, diced.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

8 oz cream cheese, softened.

1 cup shredded provolone cheese.

12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended).

1 cup beef broth.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions:

Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.

Add ground beef or steak strips to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked.

Stir in cream cheese and beef broth until creamy. Add cooked pasta and mix well.

Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.

For an authentic Philly cheesesteak flavor, use provolone cheese and beef broth to add depth.
