Philly Cheesesteak Pasta (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb cheese tortellini.
02 - 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced.
03 - 1/2 onion, sliced.
04 - 1/2 bell pepper, sliced.
05 - 2 cups beef broth.
06 - 1 cup heavy cream.
07 - 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded.
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil.

Instructions:

01 - Cook tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
04 - Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring gently. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
05 - Add the cooked tortellini and steak back into the skillet. Stir everything together until well-coated.
06 - Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the top and allow it to melt.
07 - Serve hot.
