Philly Cheesesteak Pasta (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb cheese tortellini.

1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced.

1/2 onion, sliced.

1/2 bell pepper, sliced.

2 cups beef broth.
06 -
1 cup heavy cream.
07 -
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded.

2 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions:

Cook tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stirring gently. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

Add the cooked tortellini and steak back into the skillet. Stir everything together until well-coated.

Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the top and allow it to melt.

Serve hot.
