Cheese Bombs (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 can Pillsbury biscuits.

8 sticks of mozzarella cheese, halved.

4 tbsp melted butter.

1 tsp garlic powder.

1 tsp dried Italian herbs.

Marinara sauce (for serving).
Instructions:

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.

Using either your hands or a rolling pin, press each biscuit into a flat circle.

Place half of a mozzarella stick in the middle of each biscuit round.

Wrap the dough around the mozzarella, pinching the seams closed to prevent leaks.

Place the folded biscuits seam-side down onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly oiled.

In a mixing bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.

Brush the butter mixture over the biscuits.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm with marinara for dipping.
