Cheese Bombs (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 can Pillsbury biscuits.
02 - 8 sticks of mozzarella cheese, halved.
03 - 4 tbsp melted butter.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp dried Italian herbs.
06 - Marinara sauce (for serving).

Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.
02 - Using either your hands or a rolling pin, press each biscuit into a flat circle.
03 - Place half of a mozzarella stick in the middle of each biscuit round.
04 - Wrap the dough around the mozzarella, pinching the seams closed to prevent leaks.
05 - Place the folded biscuits seam-side down onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly oiled.
06 - In a mixing bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
07 - Brush the butter mixture over the biscuits.
08 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
09 - Serve warm with marinara for dipping.

Notes:

01 - Serve hot to enjoy the cheesy filling.
02 - Ensure biscuits are tightly sealed to prevent cheese leakage.
