Pineapple Christmas Balls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 398 mL canned crushed pineapple (well drained).
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 2 cups unsweetened fine desiccated coconut.
04 - ½ cup graham crumbs.
05 - 3 oz packet pineapple jello mix.

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
02 - Add the drained crushed pineapple, 1 cup of coconut, graham crumbs, and pineapple jello mix.
03 - Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
04 - Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 1 hour.
05 - Shape the chilled mixture into tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
06 - Coat each ball with the remaining coconut.
07 - Store in a food-safe container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
