Pink Lemonade Pie (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 1 cup pink lemonade (chilled).
05 - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk.
06 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
07 - 1/4 cup lemon juice.
08 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
09 - Whipped cream.
10 - Lemon slices.
11 - Fresh mint (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
02 - Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together chilled pink lemonade, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.
04 - Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
06 - Before serving, top with whipped cream, lemon slices, and fresh mint if desired.
