Pumpkin Cake Pops (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (15.25 oz) spice cake mix.
02 - 1 cup canned pumpkin puree.
03 - 1/2 cup water.
04 - 3 large eggs.
05 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.
09 - 1 cup cream cheese frosting (store-bought or homemade).
10 - Orange candy melts or chocolate, melted.
11 - Green candy melts or chocolate, melted (for stems).
12 - Lollipop sticks.
13 - Sprinkles or edible eyes for decoration (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine spice cake mix, pumpkin puree, water, eggs, and vegetable oil. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until smooth.
03 - Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
04 - Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl. Mix in cream cheese frosting until the mixture holds together. Roll into 1-inch balls.
05 - Dip lollipop sticks into the melted orange candy melts and insert into the center of each cake ball. Let set until firm.
06 - Dip each cake pop into the melted orange candy melts, covering completely. Let excess drip off. Allow to set, then decorate with green candy melts for stems and additional decorations if desired.
