Pumpkin Cinnamon Sugar Donuts (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - ½ cup light brown sugar (packed).
03 - 1 tsp baking powder.
04 - ¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice.
05 - ½ tsp salt.
06 - ¼ cup pumpkin pie puree.
07 - 2 ½ tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil for vegan).
08 - ½ cup milk (or almond milk for vegan).
09 - 3 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil for vegan).
10 - 1 cup sugar.
11 - 1 ½ tbsp cinnamon.

Instructions:

01 - Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F and make sure to grease your donut pan.
02 - Combine all the dry components using a whisk in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together the pumpkin pie puree, melted butter (or coconut oil), and milk (or almond milk).
03 - Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients gently until just mixed, then transfer the batter to the prepared donut pan.
04 - Allow donuts to bake for 10 to 11 minutes. Once done, set them aside to cool briefly before taking them out of the pan.
05 - Submerge each donut in melted butter and follow by rolling it in a blend of cinnamon and sugar until completely coated.
