Pumpkin Donut Holes (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour.

½ cup sugar.

1 tsp baking powder.
04 -
½ tsp baking soda.

½ tsp salt.

1 tsp ground cinnamon.

¼ tsp ground nutmeg.

½ cup canned pumpkin puree.

¼ cup milk.
10 -
1 large egg.

2 tbsp melted butter.

¼ cup sugar (for coating).

1 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating).
Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

For Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the donut holes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

For Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the donut holes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

Mix the sugar and cinnamon for the coating.

Roll the warm donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
