Pumpkin Donut Holes (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - ½ cup sugar.
03 - 1 tsp baking powder.
04 - ½ tsp baking soda.
05 - ½ tsp salt.
06 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
07 - ¼ tsp ground nutmeg.
08 - ½ cup canned pumpkin puree.
09 - ¼ cup milk.
10 - 1 large egg.
11 - 2 tbsp melted butter.
12 - ¼ cup sugar (for coating).
13 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating).

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
02 - In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
03 - Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
04 - Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
05 - For Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the donut holes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
06 - For Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the donut holes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
07 - Mix the sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
08 - Roll the warm donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
