Pumpkin Nut Bread (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour.

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

½ teaspoon ground cloves.

1 cup granulated sugar.

1 cup pumpkin puree.

2 large eggs.

½ cup vegetable oil.

¼ cup milk.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

¾ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans).
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

In another bowl, mix the sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chopped nuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
