Pumpkin Nut Bread (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - ½ teaspoon baking powder.
04 - ½ teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
06 - ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg.
07 - ½ teaspoon ground cloves.
08 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
09 - 1 cup pumpkin puree.
10 - 2 large eggs.
11 - ½ cup vegetable oil.
12 - ¼ cup milk.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
14 - ¾ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
03 - In another bowl, mix the sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
05 - Fold in the chopped nuts.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
07 - Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
08 - Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes:

01 - Substitute nuts with chocolate chips for a sweeter variation.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
