Pumpkin Oreo Balls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (15 oz) Oreo cookies.
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 cup pumpkin puree.
04 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
05 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
06 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil.

Instructions:

01 - Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
02 - In a bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
03 - Stir in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until fully incorporated.
04 - Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
05 - Refrigerate the shaped balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
06 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Return to the parchment-lined sheet after coating.
