Pumpkin Cheesecake Trifle (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup pumpkin puree.
02 - 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin spice.
03 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup whipped cream.
05 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
06 - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs.
07 - ¼ cup melted butter.
08 - 1 cup vanilla pudding.
09 - Whipped cream (for topping).

Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice until smooth.
02 - In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream.
03 - In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter to form a crumbly base.
04 - In a trifle dish, start layering with the graham cracker mixture, followed by the cream cheese mixture, pumpkin puree, and vanilla pudding.
05 - Repeat the layers until the trifle dish is filled.
06 - Top with whipped cream and sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs or cinnamon on top.
07 - Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
