Pumpkin Cruffins (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 package puff pastry (2 sheets).

½ cup sugar.

2 tsp pumpkin spice.

¼ cup melted butter.

½ cup pumpkin puree.

½ cup cream cheese.

¼ cup powdered sugar.

1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets.

In a small bowl, mix the sugar and pumpkin spice together. Brush the puff pastry with melted butter and sprinkle the pumpkin spice mixture evenly over the pastry.

Cut the puff pastry into strips and roll each strip tightly. Place each rolled strip into the prepared muffin tin.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cruffins are golden and puffed.

While the cruffins bake, prepare the cream filling by beating the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
