Pumpkin Spice Cake (Print Version)

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.

1 cup pumpkin puree.

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon for the crumb topping. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.

Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
