Reese’s Cookies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter.
03 - 1/2 cup sugar.
04 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
05 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 1 egg.
07 - 1 1/2 cups flour.
08 - 3/4 tsp baking powder.
09 - 1/2 tsp salt.
10 - 1 (11 oz) bag mini Reese’s peanut butter cups.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
02 - Mix in the vanilla extract and egg until well incorporated. Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until just combined.
03 - Roll the dough into small balls and place each in a greased mini muffin pan.
04 - Bake for 8-10 minutes.
05 - Remove from the oven and quickly press a mini Reese’s cup into the center of each cookie.
06 - Allow the cookies to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

Notes:

01 - These bite-sized treats are perfect for parties or as an indulgent snack.
02 - Ensure to press the Reese’s cups gently into the cookies immediately after removing them from the oven.
