Reese’s Pieces Cookie Bars (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed.
03 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 tsp baking soda.
08 - 1/2 tsp salt.
09 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
10 - 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candies.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
03 - Add vanilla extract and eggs to the mixture, beating until well combined.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
05 - Fold in chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces, ensuring even distribution.
06 - Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Allow bars to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
