Ritz Cracker Sandwiches (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 box Ritz crackers (about 100 crackers).
02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
04 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
05 - 1 cup finely chopped ham.
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
07 - 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions.
08 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
09 - 1/4 tsp onion powder.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
02 - Stir in finely chopped ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
03 - Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto one Ritz cracker. Top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
04 - Arrange sandwiches on a platter and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
