Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 24 oz cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 3 large eggs.
08 - 1 cup sour cream.
09 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
10 - 1 cup chocolate chips.
11 - 1 cup salted caramel sauce.
12 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
02 - Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well.
03 - Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
04 - Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
05 - Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
06 - Add eggs one by one, beating well after each.
07 - Mix in sour cream and flour until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
08 - Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
09 - Bake for 60-70 minutes until the center is set and edges are golden.
10 - Cool in the oven for 1 hour with door ajar. Then cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
11 - Drizzle chilled cheesecake with salted caramel sauce.
12 - Sprinkle mini chocolate chips.
