Ingredients:

1 lb sausage (ground).

1 medium onion (finely chopped).

1 cup cream cheese (softened).

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

1 package (1 lb) puff pastry (thawed).

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash).

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet, cook the ground sausage and chopped onion over medium heat until the sausage is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.

In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage and onions with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
