Fried Noodles (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz Shanghai-style noodles (or any fresh egg noodles).
02 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
03 - 1 cup sliced bell peppers (any color).
04 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms.
05 - 1 cup shredded carrots.
06 - 1 cup bean sprouts.
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
08 - 1 tbsp soy sauce.
09 - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce.
10 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
11 - 1 tsp sesame oil.
12 - 1/2 tsp sugar.
13 - 2 green onions, chopped.

Instructions:

01 - Cook the Shanghai noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
03 - Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
05 - Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables.
06 - In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Pour this sauce over the noodles and vegetables.
07 - Stir well to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
08 - Add bean sprouts and green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for another minute until bean sprouts are slightly wilted.
09 - Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Shanghai Fried Noodles!.
