S’mores Pinwheels (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
02 - 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows.
03 - 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal.
04 - 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs.
05 - 1½ cups mini chocolate chips.
06 - 1½ cups marshmallow fluff.

Instructions:

01 - In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until they are fully melted. Remove from heat.
02 - Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker crumbs, mixing quickly to combine. The mixture will become sticky, so work fast.
03 - Spread the mixture onto a sheet of wax or parchment paper, pressing it out into a rectangle using a spatula to create an even layer.
04 - Spread the marshmallow fluff evenly across the surface of the Rice Krispies mixture, then sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top.
05 - Starting from a short edge, roll the mixture into a log, peeling back the paper as you go. Press the roll gently to compact it.
06 - Wrap the log in wax paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
07 - Once set, slice the log into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.

Notes:

01 - To make rolling easier, lightly grease your hands or the spatula before pressing the Rice Krispies mixture.
02 - Chilling the roll helps it firm up, making it easier to slice into pinwheels.
