S'mores Pretzels (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 batch pizza dough (store-bought or homemade).
02 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips.
03 - 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows.
04 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
05 - 3-4 tbsp baking soda.
06 - 8 cups water.

Instructions:

01 - Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long log and flatten it with a rolling pin.
02 - Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips in the center of each dough log. Pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside.
03 - Twist each log into a pretzel shape and seal the ends with water.
04 - Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot, add baking soda, and boil each pretzel for 30 seconds on each side. Transfer them to a baking sheet.
05 - Brush the pretzels with melted butter and bake at 500°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Enjoy these warm, gooey, s'mores-filled pretzels!.

Notes:

01 - Make sure to pinch the dough edges well to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
02 - Boiling the pretzels in baking soda water gives them the traditional chewy texture.
