Snickers Cheesecake (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreo).
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter (melted).
03 - ¼ cup sugar.
04 - 24 oz cream cheese (softened).
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 3 large eggs.
08 - 1 cup sour cream.
09 - 1 cup Snickers bars (chopped, plus extra for topping).
10 - ½ cup caramel sauce.
11 - ½ cup chocolate sauce.
12 - Chopped Snickers bars (for garnish).

Instructions:

01 - Begin by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C) and greasing a 9-inch springform pan.
02 - To make the crust, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press it firmly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for about 10 minutes before letting it cool.
03 - For the cheesecake filling, whip the cream cheese until smooth, then blend in the sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs one by one, ensuring each is fully incorporated, followed by the sour cream and chopped Snickers.
04 - Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust and bake for 55-65 minutes until the center sets but slightly jiggles. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside to cool for an hour.
05 - Once at room temperature, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for optimal results.
06 - To finish, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce, and top with extra chopped Snickers before serving.
