Snickers Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Milk chocolate chips: 1 cup, for a smooth chocolate layer.
02 - Butterscotch chips: 1/4 cup, adds a caramel-like sweetness.
03 - Peanut butter: 1/4 cup, for a nutty flavor in the chocolate layers.
04 - Butter: 4 tbsp, used in the creamy marshmallow layer.
05 - Sugar: 1 cup, adds sweetness to the marshmallow layer.
06 - Evaporated milk: 1/4 cup, helps create a smooth texture.
07 - Marshmallow crème: 1 1/2 cups, adds fluffiness and sweetness.
08 - Vanilla extract: 1 tsp, enhances the marshmallow layer’s flavor.
09 - Salted peanuts: 1 1/2 cups, chopped for a crunchy texture.
10 - Caramel cubes: 14 oz, melts for a smooth caramel layer.
11 - Heavy cream: 1/4 cup, combines with caramel for a creamy texture.

Instructions:

01 - Melt the milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan and chill until set.
02 - In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add sugar and evaporated milk, bringing to a boil. Stir in marshmallow crème, peanut butter, vanilla, and chopped salted peanuts. Pour this mixture over the first layer and chill until firm.
03 - Melt the caramel cubes with heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Pour over the chilled second layer and return to the fridge to set.
04 - Repeat the first layer ingredients by melting together milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Pour over the caramel layer and chill until completely set.
05 - Once fully set, slice the fudge into squares and enjoy this Snickers-inspired treat.
