Spiderweb Brownies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 large eggs.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
06 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/4 cup white chocolate chips.
10 - 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
02 - Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
04 - Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let the brownies cool completely.
06 - In a small bowl, melt white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
07 - Pour the melted white chocolate into a piping bag (or a small plastic bag with a tiny cut at the corner).
08 - Starting from the center of the brownies, pipe a spiral pattern. Then, use a toothpick to drag lines from the center outwards to create the spiderweb design.
09 - Let the topping set before cutting the brownies into squares.

Notes:

01 - For extra Halloween fun, place candy spiders or plastic spider decorations on top of the brownies!.
02 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days for optimal freshness.
