Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
