Strawberry Cheesecake Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F).
02 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet).
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 2 large eggs.
07 - 4 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (for filling).
09 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for filling).
10 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
11 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced.
12 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
13 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for filling).
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling).
15 - 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze).
16 - 2-3 tablespoons milk (for glaze).
17 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze).
18 - Optional: 1/4 cup strawberry jam for extra flavor (for glaze).

Instructions:

01 - Activate the yeast in warm milk with 1/4 cup of sugar. Let it sit until frothy.
02 - Add the melted butter, salt, eggs, and 2 cups of flour. Mix well.
03 - Gradually add the remaining flour, kneading the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
04 - Let the dough rise in a greased bowl, covered, for about 1 hour.
05 - Mix the softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon for the filling. Set aside.
06 - In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
07 - Roll out the risen dough into a large rectangle (16×12 inches).
08 - Spread the cinnamon butter mixture over the dough, followed by the cream cheese mixture.
09 - Sprinkle the diced strawberries evenly over the top.
10 - Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into 12 slices.
11 - Place the slices in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
12 - Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
13 - Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze. Optionally, add strawberry jam for extra flavor.
14 - Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.
