Cheesecake Cones (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Heavy cream: 1 cup, for a light, airy texture.
02 - Cream cheese: 8 oz, softened, for creaminess.
03 - Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup, to sweeten the filling.
04 - Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon, for flavor.
05 - Freeze-dried strawberries: 1 cup, crushed, for a fruity crunch.
06 - Golden Oreos: 1 cup, crushed, for sweetness and texture.
07 - Melted butter: 1/4 cup, to bind the topping.
08 - Ice cream cones: 8-10, for serving.
09 - Fresh strawberries: for garnish (optional).

Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
02 - Crush the freeze-dried strawberries and Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
03 - Spoon the cheesecake filling into a piping bag or a zip-lock bag with a corner cut off. Pipe the filling into each ice cream cone until filled to the top. Dip the filled cones into the strawberry crunch topping, pressing gently to adhere. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes:

01 - This is a no-bake dessert that's easy to prepare and perfect for parties or as a quick sweet treat.
02 - Using freeze-dried strawberries in the topping adds intense strawberry flavor and a crunchy texture.
03 - Chill the cones before serving for a firmer filling and crunchier topping.
