Strawberry Truffles (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Strawberry-flavored cake crumbs: 1 cup, finely crumbled for a sweet and fruity base.
02 - Sweetened condensed milk: 1/2 cup, to bind the truffle mixture and add sweetness.
03 - Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp, for added depth of flavor.
04 - Almond extract (optional): 1/4 tsp, for a hint of almond flavor, if desired.
05 - Powdered sugar: 1 cup, for rolling and a sweet, smooth coating.

Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and almond extract. Mix until the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency.
02 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a smooth ball.
03 - Roll each truffle in powdered sugar until fully coated.
04 - Place the truffles on a plate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
05 - Enjoy the truffles chilled or at room temperature for maximum flavor and texture.

Notes:

01 - Experiment with rolling the truffles in shredded coconut or crushed nuts for a variation.
02 - Adjust almond extract to taste or substitute with additional vanilla for a milder flavor.
