Strawberry White Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box strawberry cake mix.
02 - 2 eggs.
03 - 2 tbsp lemon juice.
04 - 6 tbsp butter, melted.
05 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced.
06 - 1½ cups white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Mix the cake mix, eggs, lemon juice, and melted butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
03 - Fold in the diced strawberries and 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
04 - Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheets using a cookie scoop.
05 - Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
06 - Press the remaining white chocolate chips on top of the cookies while still warm.
07 - Cool the cookies for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a rack.

# Notes:

01 - Chill dough if sticky.
02 - Use fresh berries only.
