Stuffed Chicken (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup spinach, chopped.
03 - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.
04 - ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled.
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
08 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Toothpicks or kitchen twine.

Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
02 - In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and minced garlic.
03 - Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Stuff the pockets with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
04 - Rub each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil, then season with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
05 - Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is cooked through.
