Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

1 cup spinach, chopped.

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped.

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

1 teaspoon dried oregano.

Instructions:

Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and minced garlic.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Stuff the pockets with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
