Brown Sugar Pork Chops (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick).
02 - 2 tbsp brown sugar.
03 - 1 tsp chili powder.
04 - 1 tsp dried oregano.
05 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning.
06 - 1 tsp paprika.
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
09 - Salt and pepper (to taste).

Instructions:

01 - Combine brown sugar, chili powder, oregano, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl to create the spice mix.
