Caramel Pecan Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 1 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling).
04 - 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 1/2 tsp salt.

Instructions:

01 - Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
02 - In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in caramel sauce, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
04 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and drizzle extra caramel on top.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
06 - Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Enjoy!.
